Josh Matthews joined Ginsburg & Associates Trial Lawyers in 2016. Since then, he has applied his skills to a wide range of trial cases. He handles and works with the team in motor vehicle and trucking cases, medical and nursing home malpractice cases, and slip and falls actions including construction cases in which workers are injured on their jobs during construction. Before joining the firm, Mr. Matthews worked for 8 years in Montgomery County PA working primarily on malpractice cases. After leaving there and before joining Ginsburg & Associates Trial Lawyers, he worked for a Philadelphia firm representing a broad spectrum of Plaintiff’s personal injury cases. Josh grew up in the Lehigh Valley area and continues to have insight and contacts in that region. He attended West Chester University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went to get his law degree at Temple University.
