Dr. Mulligan earned undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and also attended the Wharton School for graduate-level business studies. He later earned a law degree while practicing dentistry in New York. In addition to continuing the practice of dentistry, Dr. Mulligan joined Ginsburg & Associates.

He has also participated in the analysis and litigation of cases involving serious motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and dram shop cases. Dr. Mulligan has extensive experience with complex products liability cases.

An accomplished author, Dr. Mulligan has written numerous articles and lectured in dentistry and law. His keen sense of analysis has made him an integral part of the Ginsburg & Associates litigation team.
